By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service (e.g., AI analysis, rendering, export). You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, or trademark rights. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, graphic violence, pornography, fraudulent material, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right, without obligation, to review and remove any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees. We may change our fees upon reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DESIGNAIWORK OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DesignAIWork and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or Your Content.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida. You waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in those courts.
